Maintaining & Restoring Pain-Free Mobility & Stable Knee Joint

Sunday 12:00 - 2:00

In the the therapeutic context of the functional approach, the knee joint cannot be viewed isolated. Its integration into the entire statics of our body in movement and posture should always be taken into account. Yoga Asana and the transitions of movement are especially suitable for this. Not only because they invite us to more mindfulness, introspection and own experiences, but because we can understand and listen better, or we can use our breath powerfully for healing.
Even at the purely physical level, we look at how we can achieve the goal of maintaining or restoring pain-free mobility and stable knee joint.
To do this, we didactically divide the way there into various smaller steps, to practice them practically and to understand them intellectually through the discussion. According to experience, this increases intrinsic motivation both for ourselves and for our students

Regaining Authority Over your Health & Well-being

Sunday 2:30 - 4:00

We look at how lymphatic and immune systems are connected to digestive systems. What are the similarities and what are the differences? How can we influence our digestion with yoga?
With Katharina and Günter, you will dive deep into their approach to yoga therapy developed over the last decades within one-on-one sessions in outpatient clinic settings.
They will come from both sides – body and mind - meeting the person with a problem and unique potential. In their sessions they will discuss key features of tissue repair and reveal significant asana
variations related to functional skills.
As Yoga therapy relies on the active participation of the client in the healing process, they will show ways to empower intrinsic motivation and support inner stability and emotional balance. The workshop will be a firework of ideas and switch back and forth from theoretical explanations to practical implementation s
o it will be interactive and experiential and all questions are welcome : )
